You must read the information on this page in its entirety before you proceed to access the electronic versions of the product disclosure statement (PDS) and application form for interests which are available on this website.

The PDS for the TFS Sandalwood Project 2008 was issued on 01 February 2008 by T.F.S. Properties Limited.  It contains an offer of interests in the 2008 project together with important information about investing in the financial product referred to in the application form.

If you wish to apply for interests in the 2008 project you must:

1. Read the PDS in its entirety
2. Seek professional advice if you do not understand the PDS
3. Understand that the interests in the Project offered in the PDS are subject to the normal risks associated with hardwood plantations and the specific risks set out in the PDS, which you should carefully assess in the light of your own personal financial circumstances and seek professional advice if necessary from your accountant, lawyer or other appropriately qualified business adviser before deciding whether to invest;
4. Once you have read and understood the PDS and sought the appropriate professional advice where necessary then print and complete the application form that accompanies the PDS and lodge the same along with the required application fee in accordance with the details set out in the application form
5. You may also obtain a paper or hardcopy version of the PDS and application form free of charge upon request by contacting T.F.S. Properties Limited by telephone on (08) 9221 9466 or by requesting a copy via the website www.tfsltd.com.au or in writing to PO Box 3068, Perth Adelaide Terrace WA 6832. 

The offer to subscribe for interests in the project is only made in Australia to persons receiving the electronic PDS within Australia.  It does not constitute an offer of securities or financial products anywhere outside Australia.

No action has been taken to register or qualify the 2008 project or the offer of interests in the 2008 project in any jurisdiction outside Australia.

Interests in the project will only be processed and issued upon receipt of a completed application form that accompanies the PDS.

Anyone who receives an application form must not pass on the application form to any other person unless the application forms part of or is included in or is accompanied by the PDS and any supplementary document.

Viewing, Downloading and Printing the PDS

The PDS is 92 pages long. 

Do not complete the application form unless you have received all 92 pages of the PDS. 

In case you have any difficulties in reading any of the text, viewing, downloading or printing the PDS then you should request a free paper or hardcopy version before applying for interests in the project.

Save as otherwise provided for by law TFS shall not be liable for any loss or damage.
